Shipping Lead Time
We’ve seen a higher-than-usual volume of orders due to the demand for Brixbox products, and for that, we’d like to say a big thank you for your support and trusting us to help display your precious collectables!
Our current estimated lead time is 3-6 weeks. To streamline responses, please only contact asking for the whereabouts of your order if this lead time has exceeded.
We’re working through all orders as quickly as possible, and putting in new measures to increase our production output. This includes training new staff, and we have plans to double our floorspace capacity before summer.
We expect to return to our usual 2 week dispatch timeframe very soon!

UK Shipping
All orders to customers in the UK will be dispatched using a tracked service. Delivery is usually 1-2 working days once your order has been completed by Brixbox. We will send your order with either Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL.
Free delivery to UK mainland on all orders over £150. Please note that the threshold of £150 applies to the total value of the order excluding shipping costs. If any discounts are applied to the order via a promotional offer or discount code, and therefore reduces the value under the £150 threshold, free delivery is not applicable.
European Shipping
Once dispatched, European orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days. We ship with Royal Mail or FedEx, as they offer the most cost-effective handling fees. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

United States (US) Shipping
US orders usually arrive within 4–7 working days after dispatch. We now ship all US orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so Brixbox takes care of import taxes and handling fees upfront — no extra costs for you!
Your order will be sent with either Royal Mail, FedEx, or UPS, and you’ll receive tracking details by email once it’s on the way.
Rest Of The World Shipping
For all other international destinations, delivery usually takes around 5–8 working days once dispatched from Brixbox. Your order will be shipped with either Royal Mail, FedEx, or UPS, and you’ll receive full tracking details by email.
If we encounter any issues about delivery to your desired location, we will be in touch via your contact details provided.
International Shipping Disclaimer (Excluding US)
- You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
- As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
- If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to Brixbox. The initial shipping costs and any return shipping costs, will be deducted from your refund.
