Shipping Lead Time
Please be aware that orders placed in December 2024 are now expected to be delivered in February 2025.
All orders placed before November 1st will be dispatched before 25th December. We will try our upmost best for your order to be delivered beforehand, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee they’ll be under the tree on Christmas morning. 🎄🎁
Before every case and stand leaves the workshop, our production team makes sure it is expertly laser cut and wrapped to our exacting standards.
All our products are made to order by our highly skilled design team.
We really appreciate your understanding and patience while you are waiting for your order, and our team are doing everything to make sure it is shipped as soon as possible.

UK Shipping
All orders to customers in the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail & DX using a tracked service.
Free delivery to UK mainland on all orders over £150. Please note that the threshold of £150 applies to the total value of the order excluding shipping costs. Also, if any discounts are applied to the products via a promotional offer or discount code, and therefore reduces the value under the £150 threshold, free delivery is not applicable.
European Shipping
European deliveries sent by UPS take approximately 5-7 days to be delivered once the order has been collected from Brixbox. Other delivery companies may be used, but you will be notified with relevant tracking details.
International Shipping
All other international deliveries will be shipped by UPS and will take approximately 7-10 days to be delivered once the order has been collected from Brixbox. Each customer will receive full tracking information for their order.
If we encounter any issues about delivery to your desired location, we will be in touch via your contact details provided.
Whilst we aim to ensure all products are delivered on time, occasionally there are unforeseen circumstances which can result in delays. Therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are just to be used as a guideline.
International Shipping Disclaimer
- You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
- As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
- If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to Brixbox and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
