Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Your Brixbox gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation (which is the date the gift card was purchased) following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

Everything you need to know before and after you make an order...

After receiving your order, we typically ship it within 2 working weeks depending on the size and complexity of your order. This may change through seasonal periods and the Delivery Page will have all of the current information. From that point forward, delivery may require 1-2 working days in the UK plus 3–10 working days abroad. Your order will be confirmed through email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

This depends on where your order is in the manufacturing process. Please contact our customer care team if you would like to make a change and we will do our best to assist you.

It does depend on what stage of the production process your purchase is at. Please get in touch with our customer service staff so we can check into your suggested adjustment.

As long as it is sent back to our studio within 14 days of delivery and is unopened, we will accept your return. To help us identify you, please include the details of your order with the return. The original payment method used will thereafter receive a refund. The return’s postage will not be reimbursed.

We sincerely apologise if your package arrived to you damaged. Every item is carefully inspected for quality before being dispatched, and it is then packaged safely to ensure a secure arrival. Please get in touch with our helpful customer service staff, and we’ll do everything we can to assist you to resolve this.
