Return Policy

Brixbox Return Policy

  • If you are not totally happy with a Brixbox product, simply return the item within 30 days. If 30 days has passed, we can not offer a refund or product exchange.
  • Custom items can not be returned, any damaged components will be remade and dispatched as soon as possible.
  • The buyer must pay for the return of the item and a refund will be given accordingly, once the item is received and checked by a member of our team.
  • The maximum refund given is the product value or total order value, minus shipping costs and processing fees.
  • In order to receive the maximum refund amount, all components must be in an unused and resalable condition.
  • Any used components, including the removal of the film from acrylic, will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Please make sure the returned item is sent via an insured and tracked postage method, as items lost in transit are the buyers responsibility.
  • Any damage occurred during return postage, therefore not stated prior to shipping, will not be Brixbox responsibility and will be deducted from your refund total. So please make sure your item is fully protected for shipping.

  • If you want to return your items, please contact via email (socials@brixbox.co.uk) stating your name and order number, and why you want to return the items.
  • Securely return your order to the following address with your order number included on a note inside the parcel.
