After receiving your order, we typically ship it within 4 working weeks. From that point forward, delivery may require 3-5 working days in the UK plus 7–10 working days abroad. Your order will be confirmed through email as soon as it leaves our studio.

This depends on where your order is in the manufacturing process. Please contact our customer care team if you would like to make a change and we will do our best to assist you.

It does depend on what stage of the production process your purchase is at. Please get in touch with our customer service staff so we can check into your suggested adjustment.

As long as it is sent back to our studio within 14 days of delivery and is unopened, we will accept your return. To help us identify you, please include the details of your order with the return. The original payment method used will thereafter receive a refund. The return’s postage will not be reimbursed.
