After receiving your order, we typically ship it within 4-8 working weeks depending on the size and complexity of your order. As long as it is sent back to our studio within 14 days of delivery and is unopened, we will accept your return. To help us identify you, please include the details of your order with the return. The original payment method used will thereafter receive a refund. The return’s postage will not be reimbursed.
