Delivered safely and well packaged. Easy to build and includes everything needed including a small Allen key. The plastic was perfectly clear and fits the model. I already had the cloud stand and it took fitted and looks fab against the sky background supplied. Very pleased with the case and service.

I bought 3 display cases with printed back grounds. They are all absolutely amazing. I got the Disney UP house and it has made my set look 10 times better as well as the Hagrid & Harry's Motorcycle Ride. It has just made it stand out more. I also got Harry Potter: Diagon Alley Wizarding Shops and OMG I didn't think it could look any better the printed background just makes the model pop. Even my partner thinks it looks amazing and that is not an easy thing for her to admit when Lego is involved. It was very well packaged and actually arrived a lot quicker than stated. I would highly recommend this company.
Everything you need to know before and after you make an order...
After receiving your order, we typically ship it within 2 working weeks depending on the size and complexity of your order. This may change through seasonal periods and the Delivery Page will have all of the current information. From that point forward, delivery may require 1-2 working days in the UK plus 3–10 working days abroad. Your order will be confirmed through email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
This depends on where your order is in the manufacturing process. Please contact our customer care team if you would like to make a change and we will do our best to assist you.
It does depend on what stage of the production process your purchase is at. Please get in touch with our customer service staff so we can check into your suggested adjustment.
As long as it is sent back to our studio within 14 days of delivery and is unopened, we will accept your return. To help us identify you, please include the details of your order with the return. The original payment method used will thereafter receive a refund. The return’s postage will not be reimbursed.
We sincerely apologise if your package arrived to you damaged. Every item is carefully inspected for quality before being dispatched, and it is then packaged safely to ensure a secure arrival.
